Privacy policy

2. No cookies, no tracking
This website is static. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no third-party content (not even fonts) and has no form. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
3. Hosting and server log files
The site runs on a server that I manage myself. When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, referrer URL). This is required to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
4. Contact by email or Signal
If you email me or write to me on Signal, I process your details to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). I delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention duty applies.
5. External links
This site links to LinkedIn and to Signal. Merely visiting my site transfers no data to these providers. Only when you click a link do the respective provider’s privacy terms apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to abruckert@zeitguys.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; for Berlin this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
